| At Rutherford Marketplace, we've identified an opportunity to further develop a sense of belonging and bring excitement to the Rutherford community, through an ambience centre upgrade. The localised internal ambience upgrade will see enhancements to our parents room, male and female amenities, new bespoke furniture, fixtures and murals that create a distinctive and unique nod to the Rutherford and Maitland area.
